Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
The Aidenna Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules and standards that govern how users including clients (“Buyers”) and artisans or professionals (“Sellers”) interact on the platform. These Guidelines are designed to maintain a safe, professional, and trustworthy community where collaboration can thrive.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to all users of the Aidenna platform, including individuals, teams, and verified professionals who engage in or facilitate services through Aidenna.
3. Professional Conduct
All users must:
- Communicate respectfully and professionally in all interactions.
- Deliver services as described, honestly and punctually.
- Refrain from using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language.
- Respect the confidentiality of information shared through the platform.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use Aidenna for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes.
- Share false credentials, impersonate others, or misrepresent skills.
- Post or distribute offensive, discriminatory, or pornographic material.
- Solicit users for transactions outside the platform (“off-platform dealings”).
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or exploitation of any kind.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform’s systems or data.
5. Fair Dealing and Communication
- All project-related discussions should be conducted through the Aidenna messaging system for transparency.
- Users should not attempt to manipulate ratings, feedback, or pricing.
- Disputes should be raised through the Dispute Resolution Policy, not through public defamation or external channels.
6. Intellectual Property and Content Integrity
Users must:
- Upload only original work or content they have rights to.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of other users and third parties.
- Immediately report unauthorised use or reproduction of content.
7. Account Enforcement and Penalties
Violation of these Guidelines may result in:
- Temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of an account.
- Forfeiture of funds held in escrow (where misconduct is established).
- Reporting of illegal conduct to relevant authorities.
Aidenna reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the platform.
8. Reporting Misconduct
Users are encouraged to report violations or suspicious activity via support@aidenna.com. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
9. Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy forms part of the Aidenna User Agreement and should be read together with the Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the provisions of the Terms and conditions shall prevail.
10. Updates
Aidenna may revise these Guidelines periodically to reflect platform improvements, community standards, or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
