Intellectual Property Policy

1. REPORTING CLAIMS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Aidenna Platform is built on User Generated Content (UGC), including artisan service listings, offers, and deliverables. Aidenna does not proactively check user-uploaded or created content for violations of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on the Aidenna Platform violates your intellectual property rights, please follow the process outlined below. Aidenna investigates reported violations and may remove or disable access to content shown to be infringing. You may report violations through Aidenna’ designated online reporting tools or by submitting a written complaint as set out in this Policy.

2. REPORTING COPYRIGHT CLAIMS

If you believe your copyright or related rights have been infringed on the Aidenna Platform, you may file a notice of infringement (“Copyright Notice”) with us.

3. COPYRIGHT NOTICE REQUIREMENTS

To enable us to review your report promptly and effectively, your Copyright Notice should include:

• a)Identification of your copyrighted work and what is protected under the copyright(s).
• b)2. Proof of your ownership (e.g., copyright registration certificate, assignment deed, or statement of authorship if unregistered).
• c)3. A description of how the user(s) allegedly infringe(s) your copyright(s).
• d)4. A clear reference to the materials you alleged are infringing (e.g., Service Listing URL, Order reference, or uploaded content).
• e)5. Your complete name, address, email address, and telephone number.
• f)6. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• g)7. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• h)8. Your electronic or physical signature.

You can send your Copyright Notice to our designated Intellectual Property Claims Officer at: Aidenna Integrated Limited Attention: IP Claims Officer Email: legal@aidenna.com Note: We will provide the allegedly infringing user with details of your Notice and allow them to respond. Where sufficient proof is provided, we may remove or suspend the reported content before receiving the user’s response. If the user submits a proper counter-notice showing they are permitted to post the material, we may notify you and reinstate the removed content.

4. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCEDURE

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice (“Counter-Notice”) by writing to our IP Claims Officer.

Your Counter-Notice must include:

• a)1. Your physical or electronic signature.
• b)2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
• c)3. Adequate contact information (name, postal address, telephone number, email).
• d)4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal or disabling was the result of mistake or misidentification.
• e)5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts (or if outside Nigeria, to any jurisdiction where Aidenna may be found) and accepting service from the complainant who filed the original Notice.

We may restore removed content if the party that filed the original Notice does not initiate legal action within 10 business days of receiving your Counter-Notice.

5. REPORTING TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT

If you believe your registered or unregistered trademark has been infringed on the Aidenna Platform, you may file a trademark infringement notice (“TM Notice”).

TRADEMARK NOTICE REQUIREMENTS

Your TM Notice should include:

• a)1. Identification of your trademark and the goods/services for which you claim rights.
• b)2. Proof of ownership (e.g., certificate of registration from the Nigerian Trademark Registry or foreign equivalent). For unregistered marks, include evidence of common law use or a court ruling.
• c)3. A description of how our user(s) allegedly infringe(s) your trademark(s).
• d)4. Reference to the materials you allege are infringing (e.g., Service Listing URL, Offer, or Order).
• e)5. Your complete name, address, email, and telephone number.
• f)6. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
• g)7. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the trademark owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• h)8. Your electronic or physical signature.

6. REPEAT INFRINGERS

It is Aidenna’ policy, where appropriate, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

7. Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy forms part of the Aidenna Terms and Conditions should be read together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the provisions of the Terms and conditions shall prevail.
